Our counselors specializes in most areas that people struggle with including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, co-dependency, substance abuse, domestic violence and trauma. We treat each client in an individual manner and no two treatments are exactly the same. Some of the methods we use in our sessions include, Art Therapy, CBT, Psychoanalysis and Motivational Interviewing. We also do Life Coaching and Career Counseling.
